Author Interview Requests
To book an author interview, please email publicity@dundurn.com or call 416-214-5544 x222. Provide your phone number and email address, along with deadline, and the appropriate publicist will return your message as soon as possible.
Media Copy Requests
If you are an accredited member of the media, you may request a book by emailing publicity@dundurn.com, or by calling the publicity department at 416-214-5544 x222. Please include the name of your outlet and your title in your message, along with the mailing address (please highlight if it is to be sent to a specific floor or department, or an address other than the main outlet). Also let us know your deadline — we will do our best to get the book to you as soon as possible.
Freelance writers please include the name of the publication you’re writing for, or those you’ve written for most recently. Bloggers, please include your url. We ask for a tear sheet or a link to the article once it’s available.
Media Catalogue Mailing
Dundurn catalogues are mailed out in May and December. If you would like to be added to the catalogue mailing list, send us your name, title, and mailing address.
Seasonal Overview
If you are with a festival, or are an accredited media contact, and would like to go through our seasonal catalogue with one of our publicists, please send a media request to publicity@dundurn.com or call 416-214-5544 x222 to book a time. This service is based on timing and availability.
Expert List
Dundurn is developing an expert list based on the extensive knowledge base of our authors. If you are looking for a recommendation, or have a particular topic and require an expert, please contact publicity@dundurn.com or call 416-214-5544 x222 and we’ll recommend an appropriate author. Our author expert list will continue to grow and evolve, so please ask if there is a particular topic you’re interested in. Chances are we have an author who’s an expert in that area!
