Mary Pettit

Mary Pettit is well-known for her interest in home children. The success of her first book on the young Mary Janeway has taken Mary on numerous speaking engagements and into a studio to record a widely praised audio version of her book for the CNIB's talking books. Her first book was also translated into Braille in the U.K. She lives in Stoney Creek, Ontario.

Gail Helena Corbett was born in Peterborough, Ontario and is a graduate of Queen's University. She is a teacher, has published in various periodicals, and is the editor of Famous Canadian Artists and the highly successful anthology, Portraits. Gail is the author of Country Churches, Literary Sketches, and Katherine Wallis.

Marjorie Kohli

Marjorie Kohli was born in Calgary, Alberta, and spent her formative years migrating, with her military family, through the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Manitoba before settling in Waterloo, Ontario. A graduate of the University of Waterloo (UW), she worked at UW as a computer consultant from 1969 until 2003.
